Moraine House is incorporated under laws of the state of Indiana as a non-profit organization. Services are provided Without regard to race, creed, color, or sexual orientation. Full responsibility for Moraine House total operation is discharged by the Board of Directors (five officers and other members) all of which are elected by voting membership. Moraine House is funded from private sources, United Way, businesses, industry and individuals. Memberships in Moraine House by individuals is encouraged (dues $60.00 per year or $100.00 for couples). Membership dues, including any contributions or donations, are tax deductible to the extent provided under Federal income tax laws.

Moraine House, Inc. is more than a group home or shelter. It is a post
treatment/recovery program that
concentrates on helping you regain an independent, substance-free lifestyle. During your participationin the 180 day program, you will be required to become as self-sufficient as possible and to actively
cooperate with the Moraine House program in all ways, more in application form:
